1. Tell us what you need

2. Browse catalogue & photos
We send you our catalogue, product photos and past work that fits your brief — usually within an hour.
3. Shortlist your favourites
Pick gifts across corporate gifts, artisanal mementos, festive hampers and customised orders — mix and match freely.
4. Finalise quote & customisation
We confirm branding, engraving text, colours, packaging and timeline in writing — no surprises.
5. Payment
50% advance to start production, balance before dispatch. UPI, bank transfer and cards accepted, with GST invoicing. International payments via SWIFT, Wise or PayPal.
6. Design & artwork preview
Our designers send a digital mock-up of the branding and finish for your approval before production begins.
7. Crafted in our studio
Laser engraving, UV printing, hand-finishing and final QC — with artisanal pieces handcrafted by our Dharohar network of 4,000+ artisan families.
8. Safe packing & dispatch
Bubble-wrapped, foam-cradled, double-boxed. Tracked delivery via BlueDart, DTDC or Delhivery across India; DHL/FedEx internationally. Pickup available in Bangalore.
9. Gifting day
Hand them out and watch faces light up. Share a review — we'd love to feature your event.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Branded corporate gifts start at MOQ 50 pcs. Artisanal mementos and hampers can be ordered as single pieces.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 working days after artwork approval. Express options available for urgent orders — just ask.
Can you brand gifts with our logo?
Yes — laser engraving, UV print, full-colour print, foil stamping and embossing. Send your logo in any format and we'll optimise it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, via DHL and FedEx. We accept international payments through SWIFT, Wise and PayPal.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. We are GST-registered and a GeM registered vendor, and can issue B2B invoices and advance receipts.
Can I see samples or shop in person?
