What is the MOQ for logo-branded corporate gifts?
The standard minimum is 50 pieces per SKU for anything printed, engraved, foiled or embroidered with your logo. This applies whether you’re branding a diary, a bottle or a full desk hamper. If you need fewer than 50, unbranded or artisanal Dharohar items — brass, Dhokra, Pichwai, Bidri and similar handcrafted pieces — can usually be ordered in smaller lots since they don’t require a print setup.
Why is 50 pieces the cut-off and not lower?
Branding methods like UV printing, foil stamping, laser engraving and embroidery involve a fixed setup cost — screens, dies or digitisation — that only becomes economical at volume. Below 50 pieces, the setup cost per unit makes branded gifts disproportionately expensive, so we recommend artisanal or pre-branded options instead.
Can I mix products within one order to hit the MOQ?
Usually no — the 50-piece minimum applies per product/SKU because each design needs its own branding setup. You can, however, order 50 of Product A and 50 of Product B in the same PO and have both delivered together, which is common when a company wants variety across seniority tiers.
