1. What is the minimum order quantity for corporate gifts?
MOQ is just 50 pcs for branded corporate gifts — workable for startups and enterprises alike. Artisanal mementos and festive hampers can be ordered as single pieces.
2. Can you put our company logo on the gifts?
Yes. Laser engraving, UV print, full-colour print, foil stamping and embossing are available on nearly every product, at additional cost. Send your logo in any format and our designers will optimise it.
3. Do we get to approve the design before production?
Always. We send a digital mock-up of the branding, engraving or hamper design for your written approval before production begins.
4. How long does an order take?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 working days after artwork approval. Delivery adds roughly 2 days within Bengaluru, ~5 days across Karnataka and ~2 weeks pan-India. Express options are available for urgent orders.
5. What do festive hampers cost?
Dry fruit jar boxes, sweet trays, chocolate boxes and gift baskets start from ₹1,000, plus branding and GST as applicable. See Festive Hampers.
6. What are joining kits?
Curated welcome kits for new hires — typically a branded bottle, diary, pen and tech accessory in a custom box. We assemble kits to your budget and headcount. See Corporate Gifts.
7. What makes your artisanal mementos different?
They come from Dharohar, our craft brand established in 2012, handmade by 4,000+ artisan families across 25+ states — Moradabad metal craft, Dhokra, Kagzi pottery, lacquerware, hand-painted art and more. See Artisanal Mementos.
8. How does payment work?
50% advance to start production, balance before dispatch. We accept UPI, bank transfer and cards, and issue proper GST invoices.
9. Do you provide GST invoices and handle POs?
Yes. We are GST-registered and a GeM registered vendor — B2B invoices, advance receipts and PO handling are routine for us, trusted by 150+ brands and 250+ institutions.
10. Do you deliver across India?
Yes — tracked delivery via BlueDart, DTDC and Delhivery, with safe bubble-wrapped, double-boxed packing. Same-day pickup is available in Bangalore on stock items.
11. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, via DHL and FedEx. International payments are accepted through SWIFT, Wise and PayPal.
12. Can we mix categories in one order?
Absolutely — many clients pair branded corporate gifts with artisanal mementos for leadership and hampers for the wider team, all on one invoice.
13. Can I see products before ordering?
Yes — walk in to our Gandhinagar studio in Bangalore (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–7 PM) or book a video-call shopping session.
14. Can you work from our own design or reference?
