How a customised order works
- Share your requirement — occasion, quantity, budget and any reference images, on WhatsApp, call or email
- Receive a mock-up — our designers send a digital preview of the branding, engraving or design, usually within 24 hours
- Approve — we confirm artwork, colours, packaging and timeline in writing — no surprises
- Production — 50% advance starts production; standard turnaround is 5–7 working days after artwork approval
- Dispatch — balance before dispatch; safe packing and tracked delivery pan-India, or same-day pickup in Bangalore
Good to know
- MOQ for branded corporate gifts is typically 50 pcs; single bespoke pieces are possible for mementos and recognition gifts
- Catalogue prices are per piece; branding at additional cost; GST as applicable with proper B2B invoices
- Payments via UPI, bank transfer or cards; international orders via SWIFT, Wise or PayPal
