Short answer: The Meru Gifting Way is my promise on three things — quality checked before shipping, timelines of 7–15 working days honestly quoted, and care that means a free mock-up and a real person on WhatsApp. It's built on fourteen years running Meru Gifting, the gifting studio of Meru Trophy, Bangalore's awards partner since 2000.

What is the Meru Gifting Way?
It's the three things I ask my team to get right on every single order, regardless of size: quality that matches the approved sample, a timeline we actually meet, and a level of care that treats a 50-piece order with the same attention as a 5,000-piece one. I wrote this down formally a few years ago because as we grew, I wanted new team members to understand the standard without me being in every conversation personally.
What does "quality" mean in practice at Meru Gifting?
It means every bulk batch is checked against the mock-up the client signed off — not against a general quality standard, but against their specific approved sample. If the logo colour, the engraving depth, or the material finish drifts from that sample, the batch doesn't ship. This is slower than shipping on a rough average, but it's the only way a client can trust that piece 1 and piece 500 look the same. We've built this into how we work with all 150+ brands and 250+ institutions we've served.

What does "timelines" mean — do you actually deliver in 7–15 days?
For standard branded bulk orders, yes — 7 to 15 working days from mock-up approval to delivery, and I'd rather quote you the honest range than a fast number we can't hold. Bespoke and artisanal orders take longer, 3–4 weeks, because handcraft production doesn't compress the way factory printing does. I tell clients this upfront rather than let them find out mid-order. During Diwali, when demand spikes across the whole industry, we ask for orders 4–6 weeks ahead specifically so we can protect the timeline instead of quietly missing it.
| Order type | Timeline we commit to |
|---|---|
| Standard branded bulk | 7–15 working days |
| Bespoke / custom design | 3–4 weeks |
| Artisanal / handcrafted (Dharohar) | 3–4 weeks, longer for large volumes |
| Diwali season | Order 4–6 weeks ahead |
What does "care" look like when you're one client among many?
It looks like a free mock-up before every bulk order, so you're never guessing what the branded product will actually look like. It looks like a real person answering WhatsApp — +91 78922 55078 — rather than a ticket queue. It looks like walk-ins being welcome at our Gandhinagar studio and video-call shopping for clients who can't visit. None of this scales perfectly as we grow, so we keep re-checking it rather than assuming it still holds.
How do you check whether we're actually living up to this?
Ask us directly, and check the pattern across three things: our Google reviews (4.9★ across 442+ reviews for the Meru family), whether we quote honest timelines instead of the fastest possible number, and whether the mock-up we send matches what eventually ships. If any of those three break down for you, tell me — that feedback is exactly how the Meru Gifting Way gets held to account.
Which part of the promise matters most to you?
Pick one and I'll tell you how we act on it.
How do you decide if Meru Gifting is the right fit for your order?
Use the checklist below before you commit.

Does this promise apply to Dharohar artisanal orders too?
Yes, and if anything the care matters more there — each Dharohar piece is made by one of 4,000+ artisan families across 25+ states, and natural variation is part of the craft, not a defect. We explain this to clients upfront so a slightly different grain in a Pichwai painting or a marginally different lustre in Meenakari isn't mistaken for inconsistency. That honesty about what handcraft is and isn't is part of the same promise as the factory-produced quality checks.
What happens if a batch doesn't match the approved mock-up?
It doesn't ship. We hold the batch, fix the issue, and communicate the delay honestly rather than sending an inconsistent order.
Do smaller orders get the same care as large ones?
Yes, MOQ 50 orders get the same free mock-up and quality check process as our largest bulk orders.
Is GST invoicing part of the Meru Gifting Way?
Yes, every order gets a GST invoice, and we're a GeM-registered vendor for government buyers.
What if I'm not happy with the final product?
Talk to us directly — since quality is checked against your own approved mock-up, most issues are resolved by comparing the two together and correcting the gap.
